How to pay your Parking Charge


There are two ways to pay a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) – The quickest and most convenient way to pay your Parking Charge is online using your debit or credit card.

The reduced amount of £70.00 will be accepted if payment is received within 7 days of the date of issue.

You are reminded that it is the responsibility of the individual making a payment online to ensure that they pay the correct charge owed. Any shortfall against the value of the Parking Charge Notice will be notified to the individual making the initial payment and we will pursue for the unpaid amount which may be subject to additional charges or costs, including  costs for debt recovery.

Card security

To prevent unauthorised use of your card, we aim to ensure the highest levels of security and peace of mind whilst using your card online. When making a payment, you will be redirected to our payment services provider, you may be asked by your card provider to verify your identity using Verified By Visa or Mastercard SecureCode.

If your card provider is a participant in the scheme you will be asked to enter the security details that you agreed with your provider when you registered your card. Don’t worry if you haven’t registered yet. You’ll have the opportunity to register during the payment process.

If your card provider is not a participant in the scheme, your transaction will simply continue as usual.
